Setting up - Create a Listing
2 min video How to Creates a Listing. Support sets up a Listing with 2 rooms and adds Eric to her list of Users. Eric makes 2 bookings and cancels one. Support (as Admin) cancels the other.

Export bookings to Excel
In the Log page, select your Log and it's time period and export as CSV. Select the Open in Finder icon and find the CSV file in your Finder. Right click to open in a format you prefer. This opens in Excel. You can import this CSV file into Google Sheets.
Instant customer onboarding
Add the email of your new customer. They sign up and start booking. Instantly.
Mobile User books and cancels
User makes a booking for one Room, then cancels and selects another Room. Selects next week and makes a booking, then cancels. The User has permission to cancel granted by Admin.
Log & invoicing (audio)
This is a 10 minute video - but it is the "business" end of the applicatiion. The Log is where bookings are stored and is just the same as a spreadsheet, except it is easy to filter and sort. It's primary purpose is to help with invoicing.
Customer makes a booking
Customer books and adds booking information. Admin edits that information..
User checks own bookings
A User can select a room booked - to display that schedule - and then click their own User icon. This displays all rooms the user has booked that use this same schedule.
